Our plans are designed for busy families – meaning that we won’t ask you to spend more than 30 minutes on a meal (some take a little longer to cook or bake) and we’re also going to cook once, eat twice every week so that we’re maximizing your time in the kitchen!
Meals are an important time of our day. It’s how we spend time together as a family, it’s how we connect, and it’s how we nourish ourselves. I pursued a career in Nutrition so that I could share my passion for real food, and inspire families like yours to cook and eat together.

Your Family will Eat Healthy: Meal plans are designed by a nutritionist (me!) in order to provide nutritionally-balanced meals that feature protein, healthy fats, whole-grains, colorful produce and plenty of fun meals, too! We know you want to give your family the best so these meals are real-food focused, but not perfect and definitely not complicated.
You will Save Time: Finding new recipes, making the grocery list – it all takes time! Let me do all of that for you.
You will Save Money: Forget unnecessary trips to the store (when you buy things you don’t need, we all do it!), and waste less food because you won’t be buying foods you don’t need. These meal plans have been designed to use ingredients and make the most of your grocery budget.
