Fall is here and I’ve got the healthy FALL meal plan to prove it!
Every September, while the rest of the country is starting to get cozy in sweaters, drink and eat pumpkin products to excess, and dust off the slow cooker I’m sitting here in my hot apartment, SO JEALOUS of all of it. I know, I know, one should never complain about LA weather – but I do miss fall.
Because I love you so, I put my hot-weather-reality aside to bring you a meal plan that reflects fall weather for most. And the minute it dips to low 70’s, I’ll be making slow cooker brats and a big batch of blueberry & banana baked oatmeal right alongside of you.
