There are so many times when a 5 minute, 3 ingredient meal is a necessity. I probably don’t need to tell you those times, because you already know those times.
Maybe it’s a busy work schedule, or maybe it’s rushing between workday and preschool pickup and trying to get something on the table. Or maybe it’s just an endless workday with no time to cook.
Whatever your reason, these are the times when an easy cheese naan melt is just the meal that you need. Because while it’s quick and easy, it’s also healthy and satisfying. My easy naan pizzas are another great option, but these easy cheese naan melts are even faster to make!
What is an easy cheese naan melt?
Beyond easy, as in barely a recipe easy! It’s naan bread (I love the mini ones from Stonefire!) that gets a quick hit of heat, and is then topped with a slice of cheese, sliced tomato, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Easy Naan Cheese Melt is the 5 minute, 3 ingredient meal you’ll want to make anytime you need a quick dinner!
Ingredients
- 8 mini naan
- 6 oz. cheddar cheese (sliced or shredded)
- 2–3 tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Heat large nonstick pan over medium high heat.
- Place top of naan down first and heat for 2 minutes.
- Flip over, top with cheese, and cook for another 2 minutes, or until cheese has melted.
- Top with sliced tomatoes and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Notes
- If you have a regular size naan, 4 should be enough!
