- 1 cucumber
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts
- 2 oz. salami
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
Prep ingredients and add to medium bowl:
Chop cucumber. (Peel if necessary.)
Roughly chop artichoke hearts into quarters.
Roughly chop salami.
Toss with Italian salad dressing.
