Easy Curried Tuna Salad Snack Plate – 6 Ingredients
Take your lunch on-the-go with this easy Easy Curried Tuna Salad Snack Plate. Itโs got every component you need in a nutritious lunch and will keep you satisfied until dinner.
Back when I was working full-time (well I still sort of am, but not at an office!) I used to frequent a few places for lunch that were within walking distance to the office. And now that I’m facing a quickly approaching winter for the first time in eight years (!!!) I’m realizing that year-round walking is a definite bonus of LA weather. I will probably not be trekking out anywhere to get lunch come winter time. But at the same time, I’m sort of looking forward to hibernating a bit this year. (Will you remind me of this come December or January?! PLEASE!)
Anyway, Coral Tree Cafรฉ had this delicious curried tuna salad that I would get over greens EVERY. SINGLE. TIME because I’m really predictable that way. It’s definitely the inspiration for this Easy Curried Tuna Salad Snack Plate that I’m sharing today.

Six ingredients and a few minutes is all it takes for this yummy curried tuna salad! We’re making a classic easy tuna salad and then simply adding some curry powder and raisins. The raisins add the best sweet touch, don’t skip them! If you prefer plain tuna, here’s my Easy Tuna Salad Snack Plate – just 4 ingredients.
Then we’re serving it with sesame crackers, celery sticks, endive leaves, apple slices, and almonds. This snack plate has everything you need in a meal! Protein, fiber, satisfying fats, and FLAVOR!

How to Pack Your Easy Curried Tuna Salad Snack Plate
There are a few products that I think make packing lunches really easy. My bento boxes by LunchBots (affiliate link) are the best! We use them a few times a week and what I love most about them? They make it really hard to forget an important lunch component!
- Stainless Steel Bento Boxes by LunchBots: We have a few of these (trio II and cinco) and I love them SO SO much! I like the smaller size for kids and the trio II has room for main, vegetable, fruit, and then a little spot for the fun/treat component! For larger kids and adults, the cinco is a great size. I use the leak proof condiment containers for dips and sauces.
- Reusable Silicone Muffin Liners: These are great for keeping things separate within the bento box. Iโll put things like trail mix or crackers in the muffin liner, then squeeze it in the biggest bento section. They also work great for baking whole wheat blender muffins and egg cups!
The Main Components I like to Include in Lunches
- Main/Protein
- Vegetable
- Fruit
- Fun/Starch
