If you’re looking for a quick and easy dinner side dish, this broiled asparagus is it! Broiled asparagus is easy to make, cooks super fast, and can be seasoned in so many different ways.
- 1 lb. asparagus stalks
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Preheat broiler to high.
- Snap off the ends of asparagus stalks. (See picture above!)
- Drizzle asparagus with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and spread out on a single layer on a sheet pan.
- Broil on the second or third rack for 5-7 minutes, or until lightly charred.
- Add other seasonings as desired. Garlic, parmesan, dill, and lemon pepper are delicious!
