- 5–10 lb. smoked ham
- 3/4 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. minced ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- In a small bowl, stir together apricot preserves, dijon mustard, brown sugar, and minced ginger.
- Brush apricot glaze over ham and roast ham for 15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F.
- Slice ham and serve.
